These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of camsoda.tv and its related properties, including camsoda.com (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Secure Live Media, LLC. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
1. Purpose of platform
The Platform operates solely as a social networking platform enabling adults to broadcast, view streaming videos, and communicate via text and images. The service is for entertainment purposes only and prohibits misuse for prostitution or illegal activities.
2. Revisions
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement for changes. If you do not agree with any update, your sole remedy is to terminate your account and cease using the Platform.
3. Minimum age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access the Platform. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be terminated immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to applicable law enforcement.
4. No responsibility for user content
The Platform provides communication tools but accepts no liability for user-generated content or inter-user communications. We do not and will not undertake any duty to supervise the various chat rooms. You release us from claims regarding external links and third-party interactions.
5. License granted to the Platform
By uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a fully paid, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works for advertising and marketing purposes.
6. Code of conduct
You agree to comply with the following standards. Violations may result in immediate account termination and law-enforcement reporting where applicable.
- Zero tolerance for minors. No requesting, sharing, or distributing minor-related content. Violations result in automatic termination and NCMEC reporting.
- No discussion of minors. Discussions about minor abuse, attraction to minors, or sexual activity involving minors are prohibited and reported to law enforcement.
- Legal compliance. You must comply with U.S. federal laws and applicable local laws.
- Personal use only. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use unless you are a registered, compensated performer.
- No illegal activity. No streaming illegal activities, violence, torture, asphyxiation, or content depicting blood.
- No defamatory content. You may not share libelous, slanderous, abusive, or defamatory information.
- No hateful content. No hateful, sexist, harassing, offensive, or terroristic content.
- No impersonation. You may not infringe on others' property or intellectual rights.
- No solicitation. No soliciting funds, advertising goods or services, or arranging in-person meetings.
- No spam. Chain letters, advertisements, and commercial messages are prohibited.
- Lawful use only. All activities must comply with this Agreement and applicable law.
- No intoxication on camera. You may not appear drunk or use mind-altering substances on camera.
- Content restrictions. Specific sexual acts and extreme insertions are prohibited.
- No incest content. Discussions or depictions of incest are forbidden.
7. Member consent
We maintain zero tolerance for any form of actual or roleplay violent or forced content, including human trafficking. All accounts undergo live review to identify non-consensual usage. Violations are reported to law enforcement with full account information.
8. Compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257
Users uploading sexually explicit content must maintain records required by federal law and include an 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement.
9. Independent performers
Users who receive credits in exchange for content are Independent Performers and must provide age verification. Terminated performers forfeit all credits as partial compensation for investigation. Performers are not employees, and we assume no supervisory duty.
10. Information you share
You are solely responsible for information you share, which is considered public. We accept no liability for misuse of information you share. Avoid sharing identifying information and use a unique username.
11. Representations and warranties
- Content you upload is yours, with proper distribution rights.
- You understand the Platform contains explicit content and consent to access it.
- You comply with applicable laws and community standards.
- All streaming content is performed at user request.
- You understand the Platform conducts cursory content review only.
- You verify your own compliance and any third-party rights.
12. Video and image purchases
Purchased content is provided at your risk. We make no representations regarding legality, suitability, or quality. You receive a license to view such purchased content solely through the Platform for private entertainment.
13. Waiver of claims
You acknowledge that you cannot bring legal action against us for damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
14. Copyright claims (DMCA)
We respect intellectual-property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Copyright infringement claims should be directed to:

Claims must include: the authorized person's signature, description of the copyrighted work, location of the alleged infringement on the site, the claimant's contact information, a good-faith-belief statement, and an accuracy statement sworn under penalty of perjury.
15. Counter-notification
Uploaders may submit DMCA counter-notifications using the contact information above. Counter-notifications must include a description of the material, location details, and an error-claiming statement made under penalty of perjury. We follow repeat-infringer policies and terminate repeat violators.
16. Non-consensual or abusive content
Users identifying violating content should report it via our support page. Reports are reviewed within five business days. Illegal content is immediately removed with appropriate reporting.
17. Proprietary information
We assert full copyright protection in the Platform. You agree not to modify, copy, or distribute Platform information without express permission. Access is licensed contingent upon your full compliance with this Agreement.
18. No account sharing
Each account serves one individual only. Account sharing is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity and purchases on your account. Accounts and credits are non-transferable.
19. Charges
You purchase credits through available payment methods. Credits provide a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for Platform use only. We may manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate credits without liability. All credit purchases are final sales with no refunds upon account termination.
20. Recurring transaction agreement
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew at $19.95/month unless cancelled. Initial purchasers receive a one-time 200-token bonus (non-repeatable). You may cancel by contacting customer service. We reserve the right to contract third-party payment processors and modify fees with or without notice.
21. Export control
The Platform cannot be accessed from embargoed jurisdictions (including China, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Syria) or by Specially Designated Nationals. You are responsible for jurisdictional compliance.
22. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from losses, damages, and legal fees arising from your activities, breaches of this Agreement, or third-party complaints. You agree to cooperate in claim defense.
23. No warranties
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service. We disclaim all warranties of any kind whatsoever, either express or implied, including merchantability and fitness warranties. California residents waive Civil Code § 1542.
24. Billing errors
Billing errors must be reported within 30 days. Unreported errors become acceptable for all purposes.
25. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS" and "AS AVAILABLE." All warranties are disclaimed. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, security, timeliness, or error correction. You assume all risk from downloaded material. We bear no responsibility for consequential or punitive damages. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid by you.
26. Severability
Invalid provisions are severed without affecting remaining terms.
27. Arbitration
Disputes proceed through American Arbitration Association commercial arbitration rules in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The parties waive punitive and exemplary damages claims and class-action rights. Arbitration awards are binding and final.
28. Cancellation by user
You may cancel anytime via our support page or by emailing support@camsoda.com.
29. Termination by us
We may terminate your access without advance notice for any reason, including breach of this Agreement or illegal activity. Terminated users cannot re-register without written consent.
30. Effect of termination
Terminated users lose Platform access and forfeit remaining credits with no compensation.
